Data Protection Act


Air France has put in place IT tools in order to facilitate individual mobility and internal selection of employees.

Your personal data will be used to:


  • Determine your level of experience and your capabilities for a given job position
  • Inform you on new job opportunities at Air France
  • Manage your account and your candidatures to Air France internal job offers
  • With your consent, they can be forwarded to other companies of Air France Group, only for a job proposal.

Registered data are reserved for the use of relevant departments and can be forwarded only to the following recipients : the employee, incoming or outcoming manager, Recruitment Department (DP.GS), mobility advisers (DP.RS EM) and the HR network.

Air France commits to guarantee data security and confidentiality in order to avoid any distortion, damage or communication to unauthorized third parties. Data will be processed in full confidentiality by Air France exclusively for internal recruitment purpose.

The employee certifies the worthiness of the information(s) he provides and commits not to communicate ID and password.

Based on article 39 and followings of the Law 78-17 January 6, 1978 modified in 2004 regarding IT, data and freedom rights, an employee may have access and eventually require modification or cancelation of any information on his behalf, by asking his (her) HR Manager which contact is made available in e-services “useful contacts”.
